SSARCC Support: Application Access and Assistance

Overview:

All District, College, and external users must request and accept an invitation to access the SSARCC application.

The request for an invitation should include the following information:

  • District(s)
  • College(s)
  • Program(s)(i.e., CalWORKs, DSPS, EOPS/CARE, Financial Aid)
  • If user requires edit or read-only access

What You Need to Do:

  • Send a request to the SSARCC program-specific team mailbox, please refer to .
  • Once you receive the invitation via email, follow the instructions to accept it.
  • Login and ensure that the details of your access (District, College, Program, access level) are correct before proceeding.

Overview:

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for enhanced security during the sign-in process. Users must set up MFA after accepting their invitation to access the SSARCC application.

Recommended MFA Applications:

  • Microsoft Authenticator Mobile App
  • Google Authenticator Mobile App
  • Authenticator.cc Browser Extension(Chrome, Edge, and Firefox)

Steps to Set Up MFA:

  • Follow the instructions provided in the invitation email to configure MFA on your device.
  • You may use any of the recommended MFA applications or another supported by your organization.
